I have not been well for the last year and was not able to exercise. Once I made the decision to get back I did try several fitness programs and have found the BRAEVE beginner programme to be the best by far! The app is really easy to use and navigate. Finally tech that is user friendly! Paige’s support has been a huge factor in getting me back on track with a daily routine. The exercises are well planned and I look forward to my workouts.
