    I am so thankful for the nutrition guide because it has taught me a lot.
    I’ve been into fitness and sports for a few years and only found meaningful information a few weeks ago when I read this guide.
    I could never understand why I can’t lose weight because I don’t eat that much. But the nutrition guide helped me figure out my daily calories and taught me about going on a calorie deficit which I found most interesting.

    The meal plan was a weak point but in a good way 🙂 Those recipes are so creative I couldn’t resist trying them. My favourite was the Thai Basil Beef. ( I recommend you try it) It also made weekly shopping so much easier.
